Nürtingen, 1 March 2022 - The machine tool manufacturer HELLER from Nürtingen is acquiring a stake in IGH Infotec AG from Langenfeld in North Rhine-Westphalia. IGH Infotec AG specialises in IT systems for the optimisation of production and in-house logistics. The long-standing co-operation between the two companies will be expanded and deepened with the HELLER Group's participation.
HELLER's investment in IGH Infotec AG is in line with the company's strategic orientation, which places customer success at the center of its activities by strengthening its range of process analysis and optimisation services.
"We are focussing on customer success and therefore rely on complete process solutions that include digital interfaces and solutions as well as process-relevant services," says Reinhold Groß, CEO of the HELLER Group. With the combined consulting expertise, customers can be supported holistically in their production and logistics processes and thus benefit from accelerated and more efficient processes. "IGH Infotec AG is the ideal partner for HELLER. We are therefore looking forward to continuing our successful collaboration," continues Groß.
IGH Infotec AG also sees clear advantages for both companies in the expansion of the cooperation with the participation of HELLER. "The intensified cooperation offers the great opportunity to make our joint knowledge in production optimisation available to customers and interested parties in a bundled and targeted manner," says Andre Hörmandinger, CEO of IGH Infotec AG.
The solutions from IGH Infotec AG have been used at HELLER for five years in mechanical production and spindle assembly. HELLER is already a pilot user and development partner of IGH Infotec AG. By acquiring a stake in IGH Infotec AG, the co-operation will now be intensified.
