Your tasks:
- Event organization
- Planning, organizing, and coordinating customer events, webcasts, and trade fairs
- Selection and coordination of event venues, service providers, and partners
- Participant management, including invitation, registration, and communication processes
- Creating event schedules, budgets, and event materials
- Coordinating logistics, catering, technical equipment, and promotional materials

Your qualifications:
- Completed vocational training or a degree in Marketing, Communications, Event Management, Hospitality, Hotel Management, or a comparable qualification
- Professional experience in marketing, event management, or a similar role is desirable
- Strong organizational skills with a structured and self-reliant approach to work
- Excellent communication skills and a confident manner when interacting with customers, partners, and service providers
- Creativity and a strong sense for target audience-oriented communication
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (PowerPoint, Excel, and Word)
- Experience with marketing and CRM systems is an advantage
- Very good German language skills and good written and spoken English skills
