• Active telephone-based customer acquisition in the B2B sector

Your qualifications:

• Very good command of German, both spoken and written
• Enjoyment of phone calls and communication skills
• Strong service and customer orientation as well as a careful working method
• Teamwork and a positive working relationship
• Safe handling of common PC applications (e.g. MS Office)
• An interest in technical topics would be an advantage
• Previous experience in telemarketing for customer acquisition is desirable.
