01. Roadmap

Where are the wasters, what goals are you pursuing and in which areas would you like to optimise processes? At the start of a project, we work with you in a kick-off meeting to define the scope of the project and the goals you want to achieve. Create a roadmap with fixed performance features, potentials and milestones for implementation with joint teams of experts.

02. Weak Point Analysis

As part of a weak point analysis, we work out which parameters are important for your specific use case. With "Walk the Process", benchmark studies, data analyses or lean methods, the aim is to identify the weak points in the company. How can we optimise and how can we achieve transparency? Together we document the results and prioritise the fields of action with a profitability analysis.

03 KPI Definition

To maximise added value - we work with you to define relevant key performance indicators (KPIs) such as OEE, productivity and performance and create a specific standard KPI template.
